Delete your myVal account
You can delete your myVal account at any time directly from within the app. This process is permanent and will remove all your associated personal data.
How to delete your account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Open the myVal app on your device
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete my account
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion
What happens when you delete your account
- Your personal information (name, phone number, email address, date of birth, etc.) will be permanently deleted
- All photos and item valuations linked to your account will be removed
- Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be restored
